On behalf of Hohai University, Tsinghua University, Graz University of Technology, Austria, University of Innsbruck, Austria, Vienna University of Technology, Austria, Organizing Committee of GEDMAR08, Chinese National Committee on Large Dams, China Society of Hydropower Engineering, I am pleased to announce that LTESBD08 will be held during May 30 and June 2 2008 in Nanjing, China.
LTESBD08 will gather global professionals in areas of long time effects and seepage behavior of dams to exchange their works from fundamental breakthroughs to new best practices. As a member of this worldwide scientific community devoted to dam engineering, you should be part of this conference. It is my privilege to invite you to attend LTESBD08.
LTESBD08 is jointly organized by HHU, THU, TU-Graz, UIBK, TU Wien, GEDMAR08, CHINCOLD and CSHE. It will be hosted by Hohai University. Hohai campus is located in the center of Nanjing city with convenient traffics and offers all required facilities for the conference. Comfortable and reasonably priced hotels are within a short walk of Hohai. In addition, Nanjing’s charming attractions, mild climate in late Spring and flavorful local foods will impress you.
